Relevant regulations for SMT designated internal positioning holes
1、 Specification for adding internal positioning of SMT panels:
1. For internal positioning, choose to add non-metallic holes with a diameter of 1.152mm (45.4mil) to the blank positions of the board that are as far away from each other as possible (without lines) (to distinguish them from other 1.15mm holes in the board, especially 1.152mm), with a quantity of 3-4. Ensure that the 3-4 internal positioning are not on the same line;
2. The non-metallic resistance welding window is 1.3mm (51.4mil)
3. Only SMT boards are required for addition, and other boards are not added
4. If there are 1.152mm non-metallic holes added by the customer within the board, check if the quantity is greater than or equal to 3, and there is no need to add additional internal positioning; If not, additional information needs to be added
5 . The principle of adding internal positioning holes is to try not to get close to the line, let alone damage the line, and try to add them in a blank area. If there is no blank area, it can be added to the copper sheet, or it can be added to a large copper sheet, and the copper sheet should be treated accordingly with copper removal;
